Pamela has over 17 years' teaching experience, including the role of Head of English in a comprehensive school. Pamela is an enthusiastic practitioner and national Educational Trainer who is keen to share ideas and strategies in order to maximise students' learning experiences.

She has produced many resources for students and teachers, including some for an educational website. Pamela, who holds a Master's degree in Education, still teaches Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. As well as being an Examiner for GCSE English, she is a Consultative Moderator for GCSE Speaking and Listening in England and Wales.
