As a result of attending this course delegates will have a practical understanding of integrated working and a thorough knowledge of the process of establishing a multi-agency team. The benefits of meeting children's needs in a holistic way will also be addressed along with the challenges and appeal of sustaining multi-agency team working.

The course will explore how to gain the strategic commitment of partners, develop service level agreements, establish governance, and the importance of monitoring and evaluation. As part of the programme delegates will analyse a range of exemplar materials to use as a basis for developing their own protocols and procedures.
