This course will enable delegates to develop strategies to build up their school's reputation and, at the same time, anticipate and prepare for those critical unforeseen incidents which can so easily damage a school's reputation.

While there is no better promotional material than excellent results and extra-curricular achievement, we will also be examining the effectiveness of the publicity strategies schools adopt to boost their reputations.

There will be practical advice on handling the media and developing positive relationships with parents and the wider community.
