The role of the CPD co-ordinator has expanded beyond recognition in the last five years and is still changing. This course aims to examine the breadth of the new role, but is essentially practical and provides a framework for the post-holder to steer a path through the maze of resources available.
Delegates will take away pro-formas for use in schools, an understanding of the pivotal role of performance management and the new teacher standards, results of recent research into effective CPD as well as many practical tips. They will also find out where to access further support and information.
