In the summer of 2010 QCDA published case study materials to support teachers in making judgements about pupil progress in music. This course will give participants the opportunity to develop their understanding of good assessment practice, and to look at the guidance in the context of the Level Statements.
It will provide the opportunity to share strategies for the management of assessment in a department and to share the issues faced. It will further enable colleagues to deepen their understanding of progression in music learning, and to support the development of common standards.
